"Full many a ray of purest ray serene the dark unfathomed caves of ocean bear:
Full many a flower is born to blush unseen, and waste its sweetness to the desert air."

Kailash 2017 Day 7 : Lhasa - Xigaze, Sunday Aug 20 2017

We came down for breakfast at 6:30, and were in buses by 7:30 this morning. There is a lot of construction activity on the road, and if we don't pass some of the stops in  time, we would get delayed.

beautiful buildings down the street

a baby walking the street on his own

on way to Xigaze, along the Brahmaputra

streams from melting glaciers down the mountains

love that the women of Lhasa dress traditionally

stop for lunch, a beautiful baby is sighted

traditional doors like in Saurashtra, and a Swastika by the door

Lhasa, Xigaze, Mussouri, Ahmedabad??

traditional Tibetan dragon bugle that blows like a shankha

loved her ear-rings, they were from Nepal

real flowers that look like craft

Bhairava

reminds me of Japan

a quick lunch

mountain sided eroded by glacier streams

ek raah to woh hogi, tum tak to pahunchti hai

finally Xigaze
